Britannia make up a young team that initially presented themselves in a professional manner when making an offer to complete 2 jobs: the first, a difficult fencing job, and the second, a small job to install a trellis style panel to bridge a gap between ours and the neighbour's garage. Britannia completed the fence, but due to some snagging issues, agreed to return again to complete the trellis and to secure some loose fence panels they failed to secure properly the first time. An appointment was arranged and agreed with Britannia, but Jamie, the team leader, has so far failed to honour it. He has ignored a text message and one phone call, at the time of writing this, 4 days after the agreed second site visit. Furthermore, Jamie promised to email an invoice on an 'official' Britannia letterhead, after I paid the full agreed price in cash. That email failed to arrive. Let that be a lesson folks, never pay cash unless you really know the tradesperson.
