Sonny and his men were absolutely on the mark with my Toilet refurbishment job. Everything from communication to execution was brilliant. They helped with the precise quote for the job and with finding the right sanitary products for my toilet. They managed to complete the job in a single day as promised and were quite punctual. Worth mentioning that they left no fuss behind and thoroughly cleaned up all debris and dirt, even used a protector for my new carpet. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

Radiator System Flush and Valve Replacement
Sony was very determined and thorough with trying to diagnose the cause of the heating issues we were experiencing with our old system and tried everything he could to resolve the problem in a cost effective way. However when it became apparent that a new system was necessary he was very meticulous and efficient with his work. We would definitely recommend Sony for any plumbing or central heating work to anyone.

Remove Gas Fireplace and Pipes Safely
I gave them a smaller task to check the quality of their work and based on that I decided not to give them the second job. The smaller task I gave them was fixing squeezing floor for which I paid £400. They did the job well but they appeared 1 hour later than the appointment and only after I chased them. Also the workers left stains all over the freshly painted walls. They fixed the floor but now I have to remove the stains from walls. I tried to give them another job but the night before, again after chasing them, they hadn’t even bought the product. The don’t care at all about the time and appointment but they may be good at the work they do. Just cover all the walls.
