Hello, my name is Ben and I am a plumber/Oil engineer I have 3 years of experience in plumbing, where I have developed a strong background in plumbing systems and oil boilers. I earned my Oftec/ plumbing level 3 qualification from Bournemouth and Poole college, where I gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience. I currently work for a company from Monday till Friday so can only work after 5:30 on weekdays and most weekends.

Fix Radiator Union Leak
I needed a minor leak repaired quite urgently. Ben called me within minutes of my posting the job. He gave me an estimation of cost, which was reasonable considering it was a Saturday morning. He was here shortly afterwards and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner. Shortly after he'd left I discovered a very minor issue so I called him and he said I'll be back with you on Sunday morning and fix it. He came back and fixed the issue in about 30 seconds. He didn't charge me any more for the second visit and apologised for the fact he had to return, which to be honest wasn't his error. I am highly satisfied and will definitely use Ben again if he is available as I expect he will be in demand as his reputation grows.

Ben was excellent. He was able to offer an evening service and arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and explained everything to us so clearly.
