I have been involved in property maintenance for over 15years. I have undertaken projects on a range of different scales in a range of different types of properties. From general maintenance, bathroom and kitchen refurbishments to full house refurbishments. The types of properties I have worked in range from small Studio apartments to large multi storey town houses and recently a full boat build and a van conversion.
I now focuse mainly on plumbing maintenance, problem solving and emergency call outs. I use my wealth of knowledge to diagnose and repair all types of plumbing issues. My multi trade skills are a huge benefit when access is required or repairs are need after any damage is coursed due to plumbing issues such as leaks through ceilings or tiles removed to gain access to pipework in bathrooms etc.
