About
I am a young proactive individual with a strong appliable skillset. I am incredibly hardworking, resilient, approachable and have great communication skills. I am also a polite respectful young man and have found it easy to form helpful work friendships throughout my life. I am eager to pursue a career path in construction as I have always preferred hands-on work and labour to being behind a desk. I am ready to learn on the job and be taught by one of your companies highly trained and qualified employees. From my past work I have formed many verbal communication skills; for example, listening, negotiating and understanding. I have keen organisation skills, including time management, as well as sharp problem-solving skills, under pressure and in multiple situations. I also feel my personality is one of a future leader of my own company, from the mentorship you're offering. I am right for this job as I will give it my all and never shy away from a challenge. Some of my hobbies include running and rugby to keep me physically fit and healthy. From these hobbies I have learned many things about myself, for example my first season as a rugby player ended with my team last in the league having won a total of zero games. However, I did not let that burn my love and passion for the game and it only drove me to get better and further my skills as a player, which I did in my second season where I scored multiple times and was a key aspect in many of our wins. From this I learned what it is like to be part of a team and how to overcome difficulties.
