. I needed a concrete base layed for a log cabin and only had a matter of weeks for the work to be done. I'd only had online quotes and I wasn't very hopeful of the work getting done in time. Max at Totheoutside Garden made contact via this site. After an email and an introduction phone call , we met up later that day to discuss with work. Max is polite, helpful and respectful and put my fears to rest. A week later Max and Frank layed the concrete base. The area of the garden is a suntrap and they definitely had their work cut out in the heat. They are both hard workers and Max certainly knows is business. I am very happy with the work and the price for work. I would highly recommend Max and his company and if I need work done in the future, Max will definitely be top of my list.

We were initially incredibly impressed. Max kept us updated at every stage, and the experience was so positive that we had even planned to use him for the same job at my parents’ house. Unfortunately, once the concrete was poured, the service declined significantly. We spent over a month chasing Max to return, receiving a different excuse each time. We completely understand that life happens and were very flexible, but the lack of communication was disappointing. Rather than being kept informed, we had to follow up repeatedly for updates. The soil that was dug up was also left behind, leaving us to arrange and pay for its removal ourselves. It is a real shame that what began as a stellar experience ended so poorly. Based on our experience, I would say proceed with caution. We were at least fortunate that we were only ghosted after the concrete had been poured, as the situation could have been much worse.

Max was quick and did a very good job, im over the moon with his work, i wasn't in when he arrived but my partner was and she said he was friendly and helpful and new his stuff i would definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again, i give him a five stars review 🌟

Max did a fantastic job laying our concrete base and putting together a prefab shed. He was prompt to the orignal enquiry and quoted within 24 hours. He was quick, efficient and friendly. All the work was completed on time, on price and the garden was left clean and tidy. I would recommend him to anyone I know and will definitley be in touch if I ever need one of his services again.

Numerous delays and postponements, often at very very short notice. Base was not constructed to correct size for shed (full supplier instruction manual provided from the outset). Had to find my own solution to resolve.
