Ben did a good job replacing all the leaking pipes and fittings. He did the work quickly and would have a 5/5 but for a small hole left in the brickwork which needed sand and cement to fill which was not to hand at the time.

BEING BLIND I AM TOTALLY DEPENDENT UPON TRUST. BEN WAS BRILLIANT HE DID THE JOB WELL AND THERE WAS NO MESS CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH. JUST SORRY SUCH A DELAY IN SENDING REVIEW DUE TO TECH PROBLEMS AND NO SIGHT.

The work wasn't very professional and the cold water tap is leaking. The hot water tap moves and they even used one of my bath towels hanging behind the door as a floor rag under the washbasin. I contacted them about the leaking tap and after promising to have a look at it they still haven't showed up to fix it. I would not recommend them at all.
