Theo responded promptly to my job with a phone call and from the photos that I'd posted, he was able to give me three possible problems, talk me through the solutions and the costs. We agreed a price and time for the job to be done. The person that he sent arrived early and kept me updated throughout the job and it was one of the problems that Theo had identified. Theo and his staff were prompt, tidy and efficient. I recommend their service. All work and parts came with a 12 month guarantee.

Theo (B- Solutions) was very professional and went through our ideas within the scope of our budget helping us envision the final goal. We opted for a bathroom outfit supplying the fittings / tiles ourself. The workers Theo used (Antonio and team) were brilliant; punctual and very polite, very happy with the finished product. All niggles at the end were again taken care of by Theo leaving us very happy customers. Payment was 30% after a couple of days of work and remainder at the end of the project which worked well. We’ll be recommending B solutions to friends and family. Thank you

The job was completed. New shower replaced. Shower cost £150. Labour costs seem a bit high but happy with work completed.
