I am an experienced engineer, with decades of experience in construction and as a handyman, with an eye for detail and quality, covering many categories including kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, extensions, designs offering options to accurately see the scaled plans for your kitchen, bathroom, or garden layout. In addition, if you are selling your home, or a landlord, I also offer EPC (Energy Performance Certificates), condition reports, occupancy assessments, retrofit assessments & advice on energy efficiency measures, property inventory, stock condition and dilapidation reports. I can also offer fencing, gates, lawns, hedge cutting, hanging wall-mounted TV, blinds & curtain poles, changing light fittings and switches, assembling furniture & beds, lawns, building sheds, and doing the jobs that large builders don't want to take on.
