Roof Dry Verge and Fascias Painting
Paul quoted quickly and promised to install wooden battens under the verge caps, but this was never done. Instead, he screwed the verges directly into the concrete, which is poor and unsafe workmanship. Within days, the verges had come loose and blown off. He claimed to have replaced the roof mortar, but this was clearly not done properly. The job was left in a complete mess, with nails simply shoved in and no proper care taken. Concrete debris was also thrown onto my car and rubbish was left behind. When I asked him to return and fix the problems, there were constant excuses and no resolution, despite giving him a fair chance to put things right. Completely unprofessional – avoid at all costs.

Fix Leak in Two-Storey Tiled Roof
Need to see if the roof is still leaking when it rain again. On reflection I feel the amount charged was excessive for what the company actually did. Still waiting for an invoice and receipt for the money paid
Pitched Roof Tile Repair/Replacement
Good Job on replacing the bad sheets, the only criticism is that the repair finished product does not look good as the white sealing sticks out like a sore thumb which is not appreciated. Also ack of response post job with questions I had and no valid ways to dispose of harmful waste provided which meant I had to figure out a way to dispose of waste in a legitimate way as per council regulations myself. So not the greatest experience but the temporary fix is done for now.
