Assemble Medium Pent Garden Shed
Terrible. Have semi-installed the shed which included sawing off sections of the main panels as they believed that I had been sent incorrect parts. I was not. They have left it in this state for 3 weeks. It now transpires that Ben and his colleague were completely incapable of following the instructions that came with the shed. Which meant that they have tried to customise a standard shed to suit their inadequacies. They have left the shed part assembled and I have had to buy a replacement panel for the one that they destroyed. Ben arranged to come back and finish off the the job however he has not responded to text, WhatsApp, phone calls or voice messages. I will now be taking formal action against him to get my money returned. Do not use this firm - unreliable and inadequate.
