Agreed price was £90 for a house clearance. On the day, my husband asked him to help move a fridge upstairs , which he refused to do. We were charged £150 after he also collected a toddler bed and mattress on the way, despite no clear additional price being agreed beforehand. The sofa was also not removed as expected and he collected the full amount Overall, the final charge did not reflect the service provided, and expectations were not met. Would never use again
