Joseph contacted me promptly after I posted the job and gave me a quote after checking the work the same evening. He arranged to come and do the job in a couple of days. He carried out the repairs to my total satisfaction, including using handmade roof tiles to match the existing, and kept to the original price he’d quoted.

Roof Repair
The job was bigger than imagined, so cost more than first advertised ; no problem with that. Joseph and his colleague were here on time, polite, carried out the work and cleared up well afterwards in a short time frame. It's now rising and the roof no longer leaks!

Roof Repair
Very disappointed indeed. I rang last week to arrange a follow-up, he did not show up and did not have the decency to reply. The last text I had was "thank you darling" when he re-asked my address. On the first visit I was not happy with questions like: is it half term?, have I got kids? and am I married etc. This was purely to ascertain the situation as he had not done the job properly (and what he could get away with). No photographs. He stated that he couldn't do a picture but upon reflection I realised that he could have done as he was able to stand up and hold a tile where I had a gap in the roof. What happened to the air vent tile which was why I had called last week. The pdf invoice was not accurate, I realised this afterwards. I feel so disappointed, and too trusting. Not professional at all. I will take from this a very big lesson, never again. A year's guarantee he gave me, this didn't last 2 weeks, bearing in mind we had snow between now and then. Beware!

All Saints Roofing&LandscapesPlease everyone who has read this review this is paranoia lady which has trust issues with herself let alone a tradesman. I will not hold a £600 phone while balancing on a roof with ladders and tools etc: This is my first complaint in all my years of working. Yes I offered to come back around and take a photo but as this wasn’t urgent I had to prioritise work for example a customer with an extremely bad leak. I will still be willing to take a photo of the work that I done whenever she wants. I have been meaning to call to discuss this. Leaving comments like beware! On my profile and thing like he ask if I was married and about half term She more then less has had me put out to be some sort weirdo Work was done to high standards Anybody is more then welcomed to check it thoroughly
