Install New Toilet, Remove Old
Wayne was quick, professional and honest. I haven't had a good experience with plumbers lately but Wayne has totally restored my faith. I'm a vulnerable person and felt very comfortable around Wayne. Definitely using him to do our full bathroom refit
Fix Leak in Outdoor Tap
Booked to have outdoor tap leak fixed. Wayne was quick to quote and visit to carry out repair. I thought the issue was fixed and paid - but then found it is still leaking just as before. I am now for 2nd visit to repair the leak but don’t have a day or time which is a worry as I am on a water meter. I hope it will be resolved soon and I will change review to 5 star, but currently I have paid and problem not fixed.
Toilet and Drainage Repair Needed
Wayne arrived 10 minutes after our call and dealt with the issue really quickly. Wayne was very polite and friendly and will definitely use him again with any future problems

Good. Came right on appointed time and did a clean job

Good. Understood issues and sought solutions quickly. Changed toilet inlet valve and checked for leak with bath overflow.
