    Garden Clearance

    The job has been left unfinished. Ben came to the house twice and both times left when his van was full although the job was nowhere near completed. The second time he said "the job will be done today no matter how late", which of course it wasn't. Since then he has not turned up on 2 occasions when he said he would. I believe he doesn't intend to finish the job now and that leaves me only a little further forward in terms of the work that needs doing but out of pocket as I paid instalments each time he came. I will not be using this person again and strongly advise anyone else not to. He is unreliable and dishonest. He started what he said was a one day job, four weeks ago and it's not finished. I think he under-quoted and now can't be bothered to finish the job. It's left me feeling very angry to say the least.
