He left our pipes hanging off the wall which could've easily been a major accident!! Had to pay somebody to come and fix and refused to give me a refund.

The kitchen tap was replaced as requested. Ben needed to return to fix the bathroom radiator. We agreed a date and a price. Ben neither turned up on the day nor answers his phone. My wife is a supply teacher and turned down half a day's pay to be at home for the appointment.

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
They connected the dishwasher but they fail to check if the waste pipe was blocked. I beleave it good practice for the plumber to put a screwdriver into the pipe before connecting the waste hose to check for blockages. I do not think this is a unreasoble request, I called out the service Engineer he took off the waste pipe connection part ?cleaned it up and replaced within 2-3 minutes.

Very impressed with the response by this company. Benn responded to my post and arranged to call in late afternoon, when he found he was running late he rang to let me know, which was much appreciated. He explained the problem, what needed to be done and quoted for best and worst case scenarios. He returned today to complete the job. The work was efficiently carried out and the area left tidy, both he and his colleague were courteous and friendly. I would be happy to use this company again and to recommend their services to others.
