- Guidance and of your project from start to finish including design, cost, acquiring materials and management of contractor completing works. All costs and fees are transparent. Not just a lump sum figure which you often find dealing directly with tradesmen in the construction industry.
- Value engineering of your project can be discussed including varying quote based on choices of design and materials to make the most out of your budget and to ensure you’re satisfied with the quality and cost.
- Project estimation costs provided with a full programme of works with durations and completion date.
- Providing materials for your project will full itemised bill of total quantities of materials required with list of recommended best value suppliers for your requirements. Providing additional discount on materials using the accounts held by ourselves with various suppliers
- We provide multiple quotes from our fully vetted subcontractors best suited to your project requirement for you to review and choose from.
- No dealing with contractors one on one. You will have a personal dedicated and qualified consultant to discuss your project with and supervise your project for you. Dealing with the procurement and management of the contractor until completion.
- Bills of quantities (statement of work, prices, dimensions ) for your project material quantities, material costs and expected labour cost can be provided together as package or individually for you to assess the viability of your project or complete the works yourself. This can be used as a budget for your project or to check against the cost of quotations you’ve received.
