Hi, my name is Andy, I am a fully qualified plasterer and I’ve been plastering for over 17 years. My qualifications include,
BTEC Level 4 HNC Construction and the Built Environment
Higher Level Apprenticeship in Construction Site Supervision
NONC Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision – Building and Civil Engineering
I have worked on building sites all round Manchester, Liverpool areas, including: night clubs, schools, colleges, where I carried out works such as plaster boarding, over boarding, float and skim and skim. I have also worked in social housing for just over 10 years carrying out plastering on tenanted and void properties where after a number of years I became a supervisor overseeing more than 25 men. I then became a technical officer where I planned works for operatives and also surveyed void properties. I am also a asset management surveyor I have been and passed many courses including asbestos awareness, first aid, multi-skilled, working at heights, PASMA, legionella awareness , IOSH (Institution of occupational safety and SSSTS (Site supervision safety training scheme.
