How do I manage my reviews?

When you win work on MyJobQuote it is possible for the job poster to leave feedback. Building up good quality feedback and a high rating can help you win more work from your competition. Our service is setup with feedback at the centre to give homeowners access to the best tradespeople in the UK.

Below you can see some of the common questions we get asked relating to reviews and feedback.

How do I request a review?

We automatically ask for job posters to file a review once the work is completed. You can help by updating the job information at the bottom of the jobs you have completed. You can find a list of all of your jobs on the purchases page.

In addition to this you can ask the customer to post a review once the job has been completed.

Where can I see my reviews?

We will email you when you receive a new review with a link to view it. You can see all of your current reviews by clicking on the My Reviews section of your account.

How can I get more reviews?

The best way to get more reviews is to build a report with your customer and explain how important it is that you receive feedback. The more positive feedback you receive the more trust you gain and likely customers which helps you build up your business.

How do I respond to a review?

To remain fair, we allow tradespeople to respond to the reviews they receive. You can respond to any review you have received by visiting the My Reviews page on your account. Please be aware that abuse, bad language and anything that is not in the spirit of the MyJobQuote community is not allowed.

How to remove a review that is inaccurate

We typically won't remove a review unless it breaks our community guidelines. We will remove or edit a review if it contains personal attacks, abuse or bad language. If as a trade you can supply us with evidence that the review is not factual we will investigate and where the complaint is upheld we will investigate.

If you have issues of this nature then please contact our support team.
