Communication is good. said the job was not urgent as could cope but had no heating or hot water. after initial call said he would ring me at 3 pm on Weds and I did not get the call so I used someone else. Contacted him and he said he had planned to come Weds evening but used someone else as did not know when he could do the job if I accepted the quote. The job was completed Thurs.
