As gas engineers we service and boilers and will issue landlord certificates, install new boilers and repair any gas appliance.
He came out to check my boiler, showed me 2 circuit boards that he said he'd used to try and fix the problem, needed a new boiler. Replaced the boiler, no heat in 2 radiators that he said needed time for the water to circulate and that I needed a new thermostat.The following dayI let him know that the radiators were still not working. He said it might be a blockage and he would fix it. I was left with inadequate heating during the recent prolonged period of extremely low temperatures. He texted on Saturday 13th January to say he would be round on Monday to put things right, Monday morning he phoned to say he had problems with his car and it would now be Tuesday. I'm still waiting! I have sent emails, texts to ask if he has any intention of completing the work and that I required documentation and receipts for the work done to date for insurance purposes. No reply, the user's and fitter's guide he left has the wrong house number on it so if anything should go wrong with the boiler I have no proofs of purchase, warranty or proof of work done. Yes I did make the mistake of paying him in cash before he'd fully completed the work promised

First time in a long time my home as been truly warm. Previously told we may need to rip out the whole pipework by a huge corp. Justin actually gave me the real advice and performed a service that has brought new life to the radiators. Top bloke would recommend to anyone
charged £84 to tell me fire was too old to be fixed. Capped it off and then tried to sell me secondhand gas fires!
