We appointed this company based on their price and confidence they were able to complete the job and provide us with high standards based on our conversations. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was below standard which we asked to be corrected. Paint on brand new doors and frames was extremely poor which was pointed out to them, they said they would sand back and repaint - this didn't happen. The wallpaper they put up was OK, other than the edges which were not cut with a sharp blade and the edges were left in a mess. They attempted to cover with mastic! Again, this will have to be replaced. During the works we had arranged for new flooring to be installed / laid. The decorator assured us they he has a floor layer that would be able to take on the job. We agree a price and he took over. The PolyFloor he laid was way below standard which was pointed out to him, he agreed to repair but instead used mastic and decorators caulk to 'hide' the issues. We have appointed new decorators to sand and repaint all the woodwork based on their poor attempt. We have appointed a team to rip out the floor coverings and replace them. I attempted to contact the decorator for explanation and he wouldn't return my calls or messages, instead he arrived onsite out of hours, and collected his tools and left me in a mess. We paid a lot of money and received a very poor standard which we have to repair. This has not only cost us unnecessary expense, it has delayed our project by a number of weeks.
