Wooden Doors - Internal
Did a bad job on a brand new oak veneer door and left it not cut even door cut in chunks. He did'nt need to trim the side so therefore ended up having to pack hinges. Made a mess at the bottom of the door and put a bit of wood to cover mistake

Warwick's CarpentryDoor frame was out of square and door trims/stops were not straight, did explain this to customer. New door had to be cut down to suit as was too big to fit frame. I acknowledge that when I was cutting down the door a piece of wood chipped off which I fixed back on. The customer wasent happy with the work, so as a jesture of goodwill I paid him for a new door and I gave back the money for doing the job and I apologised when I dropped off the money at his home. I’ve done loads of jobs and this is a 1st complaint I’ve had. Not happy that they elected not too mention that they got back money for new door and for doing the job.
