Internal Painting & Decorating
Valdeco Services came to my flat last week, provided a quote and some references. After speaking to 3 references that they provided (and were satisfactory), I decided to hire them to paint. We agreed the price, the day they would do the work and the amount of paint required. The work was supposed to be done today. Unfortunately Valdeco Services didn't turn up to do the job even though I arranged specifically to work from home so that I would be available to let them in. I called Daniel/Valentin once and left a message and text him 3 times to see if they were coming but no-one responded. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

ValentinHi Ingrid. I am really sorry to hear that but we never do this to customers. As you could see all the other customers were satisfied and happy with our work. I remember that we could not get in touch with you and could not come around to do the job. Mamy times customers are not picking up when we call to discuss about the quotes and we lose money for that. I'm sorry again and hope this is not hapening again in the future.

Laminate Flooring
Very pleased with my new laminate floor. From quote to finish the process was very straightforward. Good communication from Daniel, work was completed to very good standard and within set time. Very reasonable price too. Would definately call upon again should I need any more flooring.

Polite - hard working - considered - considerate to working in a family home - a genuinely hard working ethic and the team were punctual and worked late until the job was completed - I would have no reserves about recommending them for other jobs - I am in the process of sorting a date for Valentin and his team to come and quote for the electric re-wiring also
