From the time I submitted the job Vasel was very prompt in his reply and communication, punctual and courteous when he visited to quote. Originally, the job was to make good with filling walls & decorating as a result of having the walls channelled as part of a full electrical re-wire. Very quickly it was evident the house needed a total re-plaster thus the project snowballed overnight. Vasel mobilised a team of skilled and professional workers very quickly to form part of an overall project team. His team worked diligently morning, noon and night to meet the tight deadlines, their workmanship may have been erratic at time but they delivered a quality product (plastering and decorating of a five bed house) at the end of the day. Overall in very unforeseen and complex circumstances I'm very satisfied with the work carried-out and the individuals workers. Although I had to take on the management of the project and delivery of the works I was always confident Vasel and his team were going to deliver. They are now my guys to take on all future works.
