Brilliant job done. I’m new to oil boilers and could have been told anything but was shown what was wrong. Only needed new pump not a new boiler so very happy. Work and time keeping excellent. Will use for servicing in the future.

Very friendly, helpful and reliable and completed the job for a good price managing to repair rather than replace as others had quoted me much higher prices for. Excellent - will use again.

Quick response to job. Arranged visit to quote same day. Very reasonable abx quoted on a few things. Good ideas for bathroom solutions, demonstrating knowledge and clear skill set. Couldn’t speak higher about Tom’s work. I had a puzzling problem that other Plumbers couldn’t seem to be bothered to work out or tried to fob me off with other excuses. Tom fixes the problem the previous Plumber had made. He told me the possibilities and then he was honest, efficient and quick to finish. He even came back the next day to fill in a bit more to make good. He turned up on time, left no mess and did a great job for a fair price.
