Slate & Tiled Roof
Job surveyed by Aaron & Matt on the date agreed, all Covid precautions adhered too whilst the meeting took place. They listened to the customer requirements and a full explanation was given by them as too the works required. A start was agreed to which was adhered to. I found these tradespeople to be very knowledgeable about what was and what was not required to complete the works. An estimate was provided but during the works it was discovered that additional work was required too which was proven and I accepted. The quality of work carried out and completed was to a high standard, I have no problem in recommending this company to others. Tilecraft is now at the top of my list for any further work ever needed in the future. Good communications received from Aaron & Matt before work commenced, during the works and upon completion. I personally highly recommend this company, thank you Tilecraft !

Flat Roof
Having spent years wasting time & money on local trades people I know where I live & being let down consistently. I opted to try TaT, our first experience has been more than we could have wished for. We had 3 very quick responses, which had varying solutions to resolve the issue we had. The Tilecraft team suggested a solution that could re-purpose a lot of existing materials & reduced costs significantly based on what we had been told & budgeted for. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, with us having other chimney & roof work done & still be under the budget we thought we needed to resolve the original job request. Aaron / Matt and the team have re-stored our faith in being able to get a job done, with the right advise, for the right price & done in the right way, thank you Tilecraft team. Trust a Trader 100% worked in this instance.

Flat Roof
Aroan and his team were excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. After completing the job they left the place clean and tidy. They did an excellent job on the porch roof with new upvc surrounding and a 3 layer felt. Which looks great. Whilst having the roof tiles and gutters cleaned, Aroan noticed that the timber under the tiles was rotting and he advised us to have this changed before more extensive damage was caused. We took his advise and he replaced the timber and secured the roof from future damage. All his work came with a 20 year warranty, which gives us confidence in his workmanship. As a favour he secured the leak on our garage temporarily and we will definitely be using him again to repair the garage roof soon. We would highly recommend these guys for any roofing job.

Very fast and fitted both cowls, advised me if any further issues, to contact him back and let him know. Took care of the roof tiles whilst going up on the roof.
