I have been in the Trade for over 20 years and have vast experience with repairs to all types of Windows, Doors & Locks inc Timber, Aluminium & UPVC. As well as Garage Doors.
I always believe in putting the Customer first and I am very open and honest and most importantly Fair with my pricing structure.
I have 5star reviews throughout several different platforms to include, Yell, Rated People, Facebook, My Builder, Google and of course on here My Job Quote, hopefully this will serve as testament to my professionalism and quality of work.
I am able to carry out all types of repairs even the smallest ones which many window companies are not intrested in as they wish only to sell new windows.
I do not sell any new windows or doors I only repair so please feel safe knowing that I will never try to upsell you to a new window or door. If the worst comes to the worst and I cant repair it (Never happened yet!) I will simply be honest with you and recommend you get in a different supplier.
I carry a purpose stocked vehicle with many door and window parts as well as locks so I can offer a high first time fix percentage, meaning less multiple visits. Obviously its not always possible but I will be as accommodating as I can with return visits.

Before booking Kris to replace my blown double glazing panel I did look at reviews on line. I thought no way can every review be so good. However, based on the excellent communication along with the friendly and polite manner when inspecting the problem, I booked Kris to replace the unit. The reviews are TOTALLY true!!!. Kris turned out to be a miracle worker when after what should have been a 20 minute job in fact turned into a bit of a marathon. He didn't give up, risked his own safety at approx 50-100 feet up from ground level and went the extra mile to resolve the issue (invisible to the eye the way the window had originally been fitted, so nobody was to know what lay ahead). I am so grateful to Kris and despite offering more in payment to cover the unexpected extra challenge and effort required, he refused to accept insisting that he had quoted a price and would stick to it. I now have a lovely clear window pane that up until now was ruining an beautiful view. Huge thanks Kris :)
