Lighting & Power - Internal
The events leading : Agreed on the price over texts as he would have to come out twice; Miscommunicated on what has to be done, he failed to read the texts and check with me before starting the job. I failed to anticipate possible problems. I requested to do what was originally requested as a job. Jordan got agitated and angry as his time was wasted. I offered to pay for his diesel and for things being left as they were. He declined. I asked him kindly to be professional and reattach my old light back and offered to pay again and he declined again. So he become very angry and abusive. I felt very threatened and informed the police. Around 2 hours later his anger subsided and he texted me that he has done nothing wrong, so he also have no insight apart from anger issues, I guess. I am so sorry , I would not want for him to contact me or again, so I had to invite another electrician. As a result: He left me without original light (was taken off and not put back as he refused); He did unrepairable damage as the circuit was blown . I was told by the next day electrician it is rewiring needed means destroying brick wall of my house around 3-4 meters length. Now, I have no functioning socket as well in house as it was perfectly working before. All in all , a significant financial and moral damage after his visit. I am not normally the person who could complain easily as I value my time. I felt this has to be done.

Jordan really professional and did a fab job replacing security lights and fitting new ceiling light fittings. Really competitve price and would recommend without hesitation
