The job was to fit a brand new cookerhob. He fit it and bent the pipe so the draw underneath the hob could still be used. Which was great. Paid him £120 all in. Came with the safety check certificate. A week later we started smelling gas. We contacted Sami letting him know that we smell gas, his initial response was along the lines of 'I know my work. If I have to come out, I'm gonna charge you more' we had to call Lambeth council to take a look. They took the part out and showed us that it had not been sealed. They are looking to report him. The council gas men told us that it could have went seriously wrong for us. Which is scary and disturbing. We called Sami back and once we told him that the Lambeth gas men are looking to report him, he was quick to say he would refund us. Problem is that he only refunded half the money we paid. We are just happy to be alive. I have a 4 year old child and the thought sleeping in a unsafe environment for a week is mind numbing. Worst, his initial response. People make mistakes but this mistake could have cost our lives.

Gas Boiler
Sami has done an excellent job in installing our new boiler and he continues to give us assistance when we need to ask queries about the boiler. He is really polite genetleman and does his job professionally.

Extremely satisfied with Sami's job. Sami took the job (installing a new hob) at very short notice at a very busy time of the year without asking for any additional fees. Sami was very punctual, professional and the job was efficiently done. Should the opportunity arise, will definitely use his services again. Thanks Sami.

I felt the 2 tradesmen were very friendly and professional worked under no supervision as I had to tend to my 5 month old baby. The main tradesmen Sami explained the whole system and what I should expect to see if there is a fault with the cooker and was very transparent with his work. Even advising further on my boiler. Very happy and very satisfied. Made my Christmas Thank you so much to Sami and his team as well as myjobquote for providing a service too.

This tradesman can be trusted, friendly and most of all knows the job too well. Even used his own spares free of charge to replace faulty parts to complete job. Happy to use him again in future
