Solid Timber Flooring
My bath was sinking through the floor my toilet was closely following it so it really was an emergency Smithy broke off from the job he was already on to come check about my safety then went back to finish off the job he was already doing before me and promised he'd be back on the Monday he arrived about 8.30 and got stuck into it! when I told him no one else would come saying that I was too far out for them because I live in a small place right on the east coast this young man went above and beyond! Smithy's journey was about 45 mins on a morning to get here and around 1 & 1/2hrs home for him because of traffic! he turned my hell into heaven I told him "I know I need a complete new bathroom Smithy said "no way this set isn't that old when I finish it will look like new! I was a bit doubtful of that the bath was so shabby and dirty but he said "trust me it will look like a completely new bathroom I promise" he removed my bath and toilet took up the floor cleaned out the rubbish that other trade workers had left behind under the floors and I mean cleaned out all the rubble and swept it all out as well! then laid a new floor and laid the new flooring I'd chosen from wall to wall then he set about cleaning and re polishing the bath that I said was "beyond saving" then replumed my toilet and bath back in again I never looked until he finished asked me to take a look now "WOW" I really was shocked it did look like everything was brand new never been used before I had a completely new bathroom! I also needed an electrican for another job that had cropped up another danger nothing to do with my bathroom but he rang his friend an electrician who turned up about an hour later! he made the situation safe and he has promised to come back one day this week I now know Smithy can do most home improvements as long as it's within his skills but he says electrics and gas have to be done by those trades for safety! I've never met such an honest hard working young man before!!! honestly I know who I'll be ringing for any jobs I ever need doing in the future which is a new kitchen next and Smithys going to do that for me and he's the one I will now recommend to anyone and everyone his prices are fantastic his workmanship is second to none if you post a job and Smithy responds to it that means he capable of doing it so get him round you'd be a fool not to my partner was impressed by his workmanship and quotes and has already had him round to his about a roofing job got his quote and has booked Smithy straight away! "Thankyou Smithy see you in the kitchen soon" all the best Christine

Must say I'm delighted with the job smithys have done .he is very friendly and good at his work conciensious hard working guy who I would recommend to anyone 5 stars .more than happy ????????
