Pest (rats) 's nest were underneath the decking area which they didn't look at it properly. And after a month or so, my tenants started complaining with the same problem and I had to hire a different contractor to take care of this issue.

Very professional no messing around blocked all entrance to stop rodents from entering the loft, took 4 hours of what was a difficult and hard job. Cannot fault them at all, only can praise them for doing a excellent job. Explain to me that they might have to be back to retrieve any dead rodents even came back a third time to disinfect the loft floor, very pleased, will 100% recommend them. Cost for the job was fairly price.
