Arrived on time after some trouble with his van.. did a very good job . Very nice guy friendly and polite. Left no mess I'm happy definitely reccomend and use again

I wanted a quote to replace a down pipe, he gave me a day and time, that day came, he didn't, no text or phone call to say why, so I text him. He said sorry with no explanation then said he'll come tomorrow at 4pm, that day came, he didn't, no phone call to say why he hadn't turned up yet again, then I had a text from him at 8.30pm saying "Sorry again, if you still want me to come let me know." I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of letting me down a third time. Waste of time. How these sort of people stay in business is beggar's belief.

The actual job was very very good-although it had to be done in pouring rain eventually. Very good price and I would have them again.
