Slight delay on getting the job started due to prior work commitments, but once they arrived to rip out the old immersion heater and fit the new one, they were quick and professional, no mess left either from the work.

Duane was very pleasant to deal with - even after I gave him the wrong postcode for the job! He worked quickly and efficiently to complete the electrical safety check and picked up and rectified two minor safety issues. I would highly recommend Duane and hope to use his service in the future. ????

Came out on a weekend which was great and the time between quote and job completion was only a few days so that was excellent. The finish of the job could have been better but I’m pleased with the overall job and cost

Work seems to be of a high standard. Turned out to be a lot more costly than expected with unexpected problems but even allowing for these feel total was a bit steep one bit in particular. Will say though overall not bad
