Ross was prompt in providing his quotation for our replacement boiler, he was an effective communicator, turned up when he said he would and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner with no issues. The final bill was as per his original quote. I would highly recommend his services to anyone struggling to find a competent and reliable plumber / heating engineer. I will certainly look to deal with Ross again in the future.

Very quick response, communication was excellent. New hot water tank was fitted in a timely manner and any mess was cleaned up.
