    I am a 18th Edition Electrician and have been so over 10 year . All Domestic & Commercial work done according to the current regs ( 18th edition.).I also do general building work and basic plumbing and painting & decorating and hanging doors .as well as building maintenance and alarms and security.There is a 65 call-out fee for electrical jobs for the 1st hour and 18 per hour thereafter. For non electrical jobs it is 40 pounds call out and 18/hr thereafter.For electrical emergency it is 75 call-out and 18/hr thereafter.
