Quoted for 2 days work, completed in 5 hours with breaks, money requested immediately and said 5 year guarantee, invoice to sent that evening and despite numerous requests nothing has been sent unless a text message with description of completed work constitutes an invoice. Think a 5 yr guarantee may be a bit of a fantasy
