Orbis contacted me to say they would provide a quote, the engineer arrived the same day took photos and explained the work that needed to be done. I was provided with a quote the same night and the work subsequently booked in for the following week. The same engineer came to do the work, and due to previous faulty wiring took a lot longer than was expected. The engineer spent the whole day doing the work and then came back again the following day and complete all checks superficial work etc and was excellent throughout, have no hesitation recommending this company and would happy use them again
