What a fantastic service all round. Highly recommended. They arranged to attend and provide a quote at a convenient time. Attending they scoped the job very efficiently and professionally, taking photos for reference after conscientiously asking permission to do so. Having spent around 15-30 minutes assessing the job, I had a quote later on that evening. I was happy with this considering 2/4 of the companies who attended to quote never actually provided one formally. Based on their professionalism, efficiency, and what I felt was a fair price I offered them the work. They booked a couple of days within 2 weeks of the quote and I waited. They attended as agreed and despite awful weather on the first day made great progress in reducing and shaping around 60 metres of Leylandii fir hedges. They finished the job late on the second day ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy as they found it. I am very happy with the efficient, professional, conscientious service I received and would definitely use Monmouthshire Tree Services again for future work. To place the cherry on the cake, their communication was excellent.
