Very kind, thoughtful, detail oriented and patient. Knows to stop and think for a difficult task (breaking and rebuilding a sofa to fit through a small door). The original quote was way off what was required, but I put my faith in him, Mahjoub provided humility and kindness and in the end we got it done! I'm very glad for the service on what seemed like an impossible sofa reconstruction. It took a lot of trust. The end result was no one would ever tell surgery had taken place and the sofa is in the room.. my friends are impressed :) A sofa surgery is a big deal but actually it could become big business for London!
