I hired a trade person Miller services in September to fit a toilet sink and regroup the upstairs bathroom. He came to work on the said day he broke the toilet lid and asked me to lie to the shop to say that it was broken when arrived so the shop would replace it. Wayne fitted the toilet and sink which was too high and did a botch job with grouting my bathroom it was a hot mess. I informed him of this through a text message stating I wasn’t pleased with his tardy work. Wayne returned to do touchups which was no better. A couple weeks later I noticed that the toilet was leaking downstairs into the toilet below the ceiling pairt was peeling away and stains started to cover the wall. I contacted mine who agreed to come around but did not show. We contacted him he apologized to say he was on a two week vacation and will try to get some around to see me in September. This did not take place and from September to now as the water is penetrating down the ceiling and through the walls the wall is peeling and bits of plaster is dropping off every time Wayne State so he’s coming around he makes an excuse with the last one on Saturday being can’t get to you today I have a flat tire don’t know when it’s going to be repaired. I contacted him to state that we cannot arrange a mutual time I’m going to have to claim to his insurance he has not responded. I contacted Wayne who agreed to come around but did not show. When I re-contacted him he apologized to say he was on a two week vacation and will try to get someone around to see me in September. Please can you assist me with dealing with this matter he has damaged my home severely where it’s not just the upstairs bathroom he hasn’t fitted properly that’s been leaking for three months it’s also the penetration of water down the floorboards into the toilet below where there’s so much damage of the water trickling down the walls, the plaster coming of the ceiling and the stench of sewer from the leak. Wayne clearly is not taking responsibility for his bad workmanship and my house is at a worse state than when he started,
