Service or lacktherof with Mark has been really poor. irequested that he come to do some work on my washing machine and though he kept promising to rurn up to complete it, he never did. First he no-showed on the arranged work day, giving excuses about how he thought it was the following day. He then said he could indeed make it, and we arranged a later time, but he didn't turn up; whenever I to call him, he was evasive. Contacted him one last time, and he agreed to the following day. Following day: cancelled. I would not recommend the use of his services as he appears to give the run around when a simple decline could have saved much energy.

Odd job handyman and garden serviceAll work was done plus was ask to do extra jobs at the address. . And return to fit customer tap on sink which was broken and return fit replace part.

Garden Clearance
Original job post included cleaning and treatment of decking. Repairs was required during the job. Indeed additional jobs were discussed and agreed during this process. However after an initially positive start a variety of agreed jobs were not completed during the agreed timescale with repeated unexplained delays. The decking repairs remain incomplete 3 months later. Further jobs agreed outside this post remain incomplete including fencing, socket/switch changes, laying mulch. Communication has deteriorated during the last three months despite prompt payment of any due sums during the work. Work has been to an average standard at best. Combined with an inability to fully complete specified jobs, further plans to work with this business have been reconsidered.
