Flooring
Daniel's budget was fair so we agreed to start the laminate 7th December. At the end of that day Daniel said we didn't have enough laminate and we needed to order 4 more packages. Not a word about not enough underlay. Next day we payed him 2/3 of budget because 2/3 of the flooring was done and agreed to get in contact when the laminate arrived. 11th December finally we received 4 more packages. Daniel said: ask me 16th December and I will tell you if I will finish on Thursday or Friday. i did it. He said Saturday 19th. Previous day he said maybe 22 or 23 December. Those days he didn't contact. At the end of 23th I asked him when he could finish the job. He said: "I thought you were upset". Me: " Of course I am upset. You don't finish the job and everything is a mess in my house but the flooring needs to be done". He agreed to finish on 28th December. He turned up finally. After a couple of hours Daniel approached to me and said: "you don't have enough underlay and laminate". And then they left without saying anymore. i was confused and fed up of the situation. We have bought more material in the meanwhile but we haven't hear about him anymore. The house is still a building site. The situation is really stressful. Skirting boards everywhere, pieces of laminate and unfinished flooring. 4th January and no more news from Daniel. We measured the floor ourselves and we are not a professional but It is supposed Daniel is so he should have been more accurate. Not happy at all and really disappointed.

Macovie ltdHello Yolanda Disappointed for what ?Because you don't order enough materials??Is not my fault I coming two times for few square meters .I driving 40 min one way .And one more thing when I coming in your house I fiind skarting board everywhere when I finish I leave all in the same place .

I couldn't have asked for a better result, Daniel completely redecorated my entire flat, He can turn his hand to everything, Nothing is a bother, He did an immaculate job and I will most definitely be going back to him in the in the future, Can't recommend him enough

Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Excellent sesrvice very good. Even cleaned up all the packaging to take to the recycling centre. Very pleasant guys even took there shoes off when they entered my house. I will definitely recommend Macovie to my family and friends and will use them again.
