Steven was an extremely polite gentleman. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work. He is customer focused and wants the best and nothing less. He is also a dedicated workman, to the extent, that he noticed a fault with the external pipework and shut-off valve and lost 5 hours of his own time until National Grid could attend and rectify the mistake. He then returned at a later date, completed the work he couldnt do at no additional cost. If only all tradesmen could be the same as Steven. Many thanks and 20 out of 10 for all round service.

Brilliant service. Called originally for our fire to be reconnected, ended up having a new fire fitted. Took two visits and 4-5 hours but we were only charged what we were originally quoted for the reconnection. Very friendly and gave great advice re future services etc. Would definitely recommend!

still haven't received gas certificate plus had two call backs to fix a leak wouldn't use this man again if he paid me

LynStep GasMy apologies but I will chase up the gas certificate as it should have been with you by now and I was not aware till now that you hadn't received this. As for the leak I have only been back once and it was resolved then.

Would highly recommend Steve the guy who came out to fit my daughters gas cooker. Steve was very helpful even though we had a few issues with the cooker originally and then came back to check the cooker again to ensure my daughters safety Thanks Steve will be in touch for your next job in the year as discussed
