Roof Repair
I called Jamie back in August to fix a leak I had coming in to my sons room from a leak in the roof. Jamie arrived on time on the date that was agreed, however in the last few weeks we have received a lot of rain in London and experienced another leak this time in my loft room. I called Jamie over 3 weeks ago to inform him of this only to be told he would come back in a couple of days. After a couple of days I Called him again only to be told he would drop off his partner that morning and be around within a couple of hours. I asked Jamie how would I know he visited the property with me being at work, he said he would FaceTimemr once he arrived. I didn’t receive that FaceTime call. My concerns for the internal damage grew stronger because of the horrific rain we had forecasted for the following days. I eventually got through to Jamie only to be told he had a accident within the family and would comeback to me by the end of the week, Ive heard nothing, I’ve tried texting and calling numerous times and nothing. I managed to get hold of him only to be told he’d Cracked his phone screen and can’t access numbers. I am very disappointed to say the least that a roofer couldn’t replace his phone and use the same chip to get hold of his customers. He didn’t even pop a note through my letter box explaining when he would return to fix the problem regardless of breaking his phone, he still knew where I lived.

Refelting
Finished the job and paid in full. Jamie said he would come back to clear the rest on the rubbish on Tuesday, as he did not have room in his van. Phoned me on Tuesday to say he would.come on Wednesday. He never came. A week later my husband had to clear the rubbish away. Lesson learned, never pay in full until everything has been done.
