I paid Jack for the shed and materials and delivery and fuel all as requested by him to get my shed delivered and built in good time. This was after an official quote on his company letter head. The shed has not been delivered let alone built and he has not answered his phone or responded to my messages since he told me he had collected the shed (3 days ago).' I'll leave it at that but I am per suing this.

Garden Shed
Ridiculously poor felt quality so ripping as they put it on. I took photos to prove it at the time & also pointed it out to his helper. Told Jack that it wasn't good enough felt before he put it on but he told me he always uses this quality felt. The way it was put up was creased in places on the roof as was told by my neighbours. I couldn't go up there myself at the time as recovering from cancer only weeks after my operation. I kept messaging him over the next few days to come sort it out as that night it was leaking as wasnt put up properly. I eventually got a response telling me I should watch myself as I don't know what he was capable of. I didn't ask again for him to sort it as I wasn't in a good place to pursue it. Overall he is all about getting the job done as quick as possible with the least amount of effort & the quality isn't important, just the money is.

Spot on. Done the job as asked. No issues, no bother, very professional and very polite. Worked hard in 26c heat!!! Not a problem.
