Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Paul responded quickly to my post and came within days to quote for it. It was a bigger job than I realised but I trusted what he told me and he did the job well. The scaffolders let him down by not coming to take it down for weeks but the work Paul did was good and done very efficiently

Roof Repair
Lovely guy, prompt, efficient, decent price, very happy with the results. Hopefully I wont have surprises ( rain), but he said I can contact him if any issues arise. I recommend his services. Thank you!

work not completed and despite promises company did not come back to complete, I had to go onto the scaffolding to complete myself at the age of 78 years. I have made 21 telephone calls, two emails and a personal visit to his trading address in Taunton. I was advised by the woman I saw there that Paul Cole does not live at that address and she does not know him. It is disgusting to treat elderly people in this manner and I strongly suggest that no-one uses this company. TS

PJS Property SolutionsThe gentleman was very happy when we left the job. He asked us to come back one week later but we couldn't come straight away because of COVID restrictions and bad weather. When we did return to the job the gentleman did not answer the door. I treat people very fairly and respectfully. I feel that this is a very unfair response from the customer and i am completely devastated.
