At first I thought I could rely on the services after reading the reviews here and first introduction. I was finally booked in for the job once I was ready, Ian showed up one day late as he had other emergencies which can be understandable and he made contact to let me know. First day: Removal of wallpaper - good but thought the wall was going to fall off when it just need to have plasterboard skrim/tape to finish it off. Second day: Ian was meant to do the plastering of the walls, and this is where I asked him to stop the job. Maybe it was more challenging than expected but he did not even use the plasterboard tape I had purchased to fix the boards properly (it was still in its brand new packaging), the plastering would not be smooth at all and walls would be uneven. He was planning to come back to finish sanding off and paint on Day 3 when the plastering was far from being done. I asked Ian to stop the job at this point as I started fearing to have more work on my hands afterward to fix what would have been done. Ian seemed to be ok with it, came back on Day 3 to place the heater back on - he forgot to take the proper tools to reconnect it. After trying to do something with my pliers (that he took with him when leaving), I asked to make sure he was leaving it in a safe position which is fine. Plugs were put back on well. The curtain pole was placed back in a very non-straight way, as I was getting closer to take a photo, it just fell on my head. I am quite disappointed at both the work and behaviour

Honest and polite guy. Did the job properly and very easy to communicate and he understood just how I wanted everything doing. 100 percent would reccomend to anyone.

Internal Painting & Decorating
Very friendly, Ian and Paul complete our work. They arrive when they said they would and complete the work. They moved all our furniture so we didnt need to and once they were finished they tidied up after themselves. The painting is finished to a great standard and Paul even helped with a few extras. Gloss work that needed touching up. Papering is not perfect but will do the job, you can see a few of the line/gaps.
