His work is ok. But problem with cleanlyness. The main problem with him is that I paid him the full amount. He said he will give the invoice. After that I tried to contact him through phone and he is not taking my phone or calling me back. I give him the agreed amount of £350 fully and still the invoice is outstanding.

Luke was very personable and did the job over the day. The tiling looks good from a distance but close up, there are some mismatches and damaged tiles, which could have been replaced at the time as we had a lot of extras. Also the kitchen was quite a mess after he left- grout on every surface and cupboard door and took a while to clean this up. So the job was done, but it could have been done a little better and tidier.
