Garry arrived on time. He is friendly yet professional. The work area was left clean and tidy when the work was completed. Workmanship is of a very high standard and I am delighted with the result.

Wall Tiling
He gave us a quote for some tiling in the bathroom, which he kept increasing. Eventually he told us that the job had been finished and we asked for photos to prove as we live away. He took the photos strategically so we could not see that in fact the job was far from finished and a total mess. It was only when my parents in law went to check that they discovered the mess: the whole flat was a mess, the carpets were covered in dirt because they had been cutting tiles and plaster boards everywhere, there was holes in the bathroom walls.By this time Gary had requested the money from us and we had paid him. He then blamed it on someone else he had appointed to do the prep work Robert Boyd. We asked him to put the job right and he disappeared with £825 that we had paid them for the bathroom job which they left unfinished and with over £1000 extra which we paid them for worktops for the kitchen which never appeared.

Garry did a great job and was really helpful in assisting me to get a good deal with my tiles. Really pleased with the work which was completed in the 4 days quoted. Booked him to do more work soon.
